A delighted Carfin was obviously pleased to take up the reigns at Area and has promised the fans that exciting times are ahead.
"I am considering an almost complete overhaul of the playing staff over the course of the next few weeks. The boys currently here seem to think that training is something only done at 'big clubs'. Well as far as I'm concerned THIS is a big club and we are underachieving. Zacharias Neill and Billy Weaver are the first to go through the exit door. They won't be the last."
The playing staff currently at Area now know that they are playing for their jobs and will have to give a performance against The Champs at their new stadium, Doon The Park if they are to have a future under Carfin.
