There are rumours circulating Doon The Park that Area manager Carfin has fired Allen after the three skilled reserve keeper 'sold' the jerseys against league leaders Wandsworth FC.
Carfin was said to be privately furious with the backup man despite publicly stating it was "early days" for his team. He expected his team to take something from the match and the way they dominated the ball against a team with a 100% record bodes well for the future.
However Allen has no future at the club and there have insinuations that he may have bet against his own club on the xpert pools, although these reports are unconfirmed at the moment.
