Robbie Roars Past Real

Heading into the season, Robbie Mitchell was touted as on of the up and coming star forwards in RMI, along with Lee Hughes, Gonzalo Higuain, and Adriano Ribeiro. Critics always pointed to a lack of a 'break-through' game, a game where Robbie could single handedly influence the outcome of a match. That day came, when Robbie Mitchell scored four goals againsted a vaunted Real Madrid defence, enroute to a 5-1 win at the Estádio do Deus. After a disappointing draw against West Brom, Santos knew they could not settle for draws if they wanted to compete for the RMI title. Usually known for his trademark freekicks, Robbie was everywhere getting headers, shots from throughballs and corners.

'Very pleased for his coming out game,' said manager sean7. 'Critics are going to shift away from this performance to critiquing how he doesn't step up in big games. Well, they have to be miserable about something, that's why they're critics. Meanwhile, our team is starting to fire up the pistons and get the ball rolling. Consistency is key in surviving the drop.'
