Tomas masters St Omer

Sorry for the delay in producing this rounds reviews. Luckily for everyone RobinMeeblind will be back shortly to resume the reviewing duties.

Tottenham pulled themselves away from bottom spot in the division with an impressive victory over St Omer. A poachers goal from Tomas Master in the 5th minute set Tottenham on their way. Marcos Young then made it 2-0 in the 64th minute, heading in from a Michael Dawson flick on. Dawson would then blot his copybook just a few minutes later by being sent off for a second bookable offence. Despite being down to 10 men Tottenham held on and even managed to sneak a third late in the game through Wilson Palacios. Cony Tottee said after this defeat and with the season drawing to a close he just hoped to get his young players up to the experience required to improve.

Final score: Tottenham Hotspurs 3-0 St Omer

Rolling Thunder find themselves near the bottom of the division after a defeat against the continually impressive Crimson Tigers. In a straight forward victory two goals in a minute sealed the win, the first coming in the 60th minute from Miroslav Burkhart and the second coming just a minute later through Dan Ruffer in his 99th appearance for the club. Paulc333 was quoted as saying "everything is coming up Crimson"

Final score: Rolling Thunder 0-2 Crimson Tigers

It was a tale of two corners as Pink Bus Riders brought themselves to within three points of their opponents AFC Boo Boys with this solid win. The first goal came from a corner in the 49th minute, Eliott Malloy rising highest to head home for Pink Bus. Then late in the game another Pink Bus corner saw Malloy again rise highest to head home and seal the points for his side. Pink Bus Riders boss Kilie_gers was too busy writing homo erotic press releases and discussing male nudity in the scribble to comment on his sides victory.

Final score: Pink Bus Riders 2-0 AFC Boo Boys

Morley Town kept themselves within a point of top spot whilst sending Reggae Reggae Sauce back to bottom place with a comprehensive victory at Scatcherd Park. Morleys dominance showed in the 58th minute when Maart Kuiper opened the scoring with a volley after a parried corner. Hélder Velez doubled their lead just a minute later with an impressive long range shot. Then in the 88th minute Velez turned provider to help Gwilym Cullip get in on the act. Leeg21 mentioned in the press that he was pleased to see his side "return to winning ways"

Final score: Morley Town 3-0 Reggae Reggae Sauce

Anime Allstars failed to make it nine games unbeaten as they were just edged in a scrappy game away to Espada. Espada made the breakthrough in the 77th minute when Geoffrey Stiles managed to score from a break away. Joshy85 said Anime would be looking to bounce back in their next game against FCR Cressex.

Final score: Espada 1-0 Anime Allstars

FCR Cressex were involved in what many are describing as the game of the season against Alsancak F.C. The game was determined by one wonderful half and one poor half for each side. Cressex raced into a four goal lead with Cabbar Saatcioglu opening the scoring with a header in the 14th minute, which was followed up by a close range Dan-Åke Rothflod strike just three minutes later. Another header this time from Tomas Tiribocchi made it 3-0 in the 33rd minute and then ten minutes later Lauro Poggi made it four with a typical poachers goal. The second half was a different story with a Mark Noble header quickly grabbing one back for Alsancak in the 59th minute then John Burston salvaging some pride for Alsancak with a scrappy 72nd minute goal to make it 4-2. With time running out and Cressex seemingly holding Alsancak at bay it looked set to stay that way until out of nowhere in the 87th minute Burston doubled his tally with a fantastic long range strike making it 4-3. Surely it was too late for Alsancak to pull off an amazing comeback and grab a draw? Gabriel Baldwin didn't think so. His 90th minute free kick sealing a draw for Alsancak. Who would have expected that at half time?

Final score: FCR Cressex 4-4 Alsancak F.C.
