Arsenal DB stole three points from Real Madrid thanks to Faustino Asprilla. His goal from a corner coming in the 16th minute. Despite Real Madrid having many shots Arsenal managed to withstand the pressure and seal the win. Real Madrid then saw Raul Gonzalez sent off late on which would have added to their woes. Real Madrid have signed Ian Wright and hope that he scores the goals that turns their recent run of results around. DomBrown has decided to "commit his focus on the youth players to ensure a bright future for this club."
Final score: Arsenal DB 1-0 Real Madrid
A bore draw between Santos FC and West Brom Strollers saw both sides gain a point in what is a very tight division. Santos will be the more unhappy of the two sides having created the only chances of the game and being unable to take them. Sean7 hoped his side would start to turn some of their draws into victory to stop them becoming the "new Underdogz United"
Final score: Santos FC 0-0 West Brom Strollers
Thundercats managed to keep third place in the league with victory over Kirkbride Strollers. Kirkbride took the lead in the first minute through a Malcolm Graham strike but the wake up call seemed to motivate Thundercats who equalised in the 21st minute, Raimundo Lange scoring from a corner. The winner was scored in similar fashion this time through Nélson Queimado but didn't come until the 92nd minute. Breaking Kirkbrides heart and pulling off what was a deserved win.
Final score: Thundercats FC 2-1 Kirkbride strollers
