after drawing 0-0 with the then league leaders Carthage, Splott claimed the top spot for themselves with an excellent 2-1 away at Arsenal. This was an important win for Splott but unfortunately leading scorer Eddie Venom was brutally injured during the match and will miss up to 4 games. There's not much strength and depth in the strikers department and manager carbonmonoxide may be forced to delve into the transfer market to get some back-up in. Arsenal tried to kick Splott of the pitch but the lads rode the storm thanks to a Ravage header and another fantastic freekick from Reed Fantastic who has 5 goals to his name now.
