Kirkbride manager jazza1958 was quick to distance himself from any credit for his teams 7-0 win this afternoon. The win was a totally dominant display from the Strollers but was a hollow victory with Manchester Uniteds team obviously not prepared for the match.
The win combined with West Broms surprise reverse closes the gap at the top of the league to just 4 points. West Brom still have to come to The Bush so who knows what might happen in the closing 3 games.
Jazza commented after the match, "We are strong at home and with our last 2 games at the bush next weeks match at Thundercats is the most crucial match of the season. We have West Brom at home the week after and who knows it might turn into a title decider"
