Vital win for the Amateurs

Yorkshire Amateurs came out on top in a hotly contested fixture against Pahang United earlier this week. In truth the match could have gone either way with both teams creating chances but the Amateurs were just that bit more clinical in front of goal.
Goals from Gerard McMahon and Antony Wallwork ensured the Amateurs remain unbeaten in their last five fixtures. The gloss was slightly taken off the victory with news that McMahon will now be out injured for the next few games after a heavy tackle late in the game.
The Amateurs next travel to the K.F.C. Bucket Bowl for a very tricky looking fixture against Hicktown Hillbillies.
