Alsancak F.C have decided to sponsor the local council's efforts to provide football facilities in the community. Although this has cost the team some money, the positive publicity has led to a flood of interest from new sponsors, and Alsancak F.C have been able to work out some favourable deals. The upshot of this is that 189 500 econ profit has been made and is now in the club's account.
In other news Alsancak Manager Wienersnitzel was said to be pleased with the progress his side had made this season and that they were well ahead of schedule.
