Yorkshires Amateurs returned to the top spot on goal difference after a frustrating draw against Hicktown Hillbillies. The Amateurs created all the chances in the game but could not find a way through a stubborn and well drilled Hillbillies defence.
The Amateurs miselry backline has meant that if goal difference decides the promotion placings then they are well set but with injuries and suspensions mounting at such a critical time they will need to play four cup finals until the end of the season to ensure a swift return to the top division.
