After reports stating that ThunderCats FC are looking for a new manager all eyes shifted directly to The Capital Wasteland. HappyHibee1991 was noted as being linked with previous managerial vacancies within the league despite choosing to stay with The Lone Wanderers.
HappyHibee1991 addressed the waiting press who were all praying for a story but he gave this response:
'As you all know I was tempted to leave for pastures new in the close season yet opted to stay with The Lone Wanderers. Why might I stay with such a club? It is simple. A sense of community. A love for the fans. A love for the club. Only if I was pushed by a greater power would I leave the club, or if I feel that I have overstayed my welcome. I have great ambitions for the club, and I have great ambitions for myself and these ambitions involve me staying put at the club. Tomorrow we will be travelling to take on Arsenal UK, last time out we won 4-3 with a last minute rally from the boys. A repeat would be nice in what promises to be a very tough game for us. I know with the right attitude we can defeat the team despite them being tactically astute and well managed. From now on we need to give our season a shot in the arm and what better shot than a strong one away to a tough team in the division.'
So it turns out there will be no controversial move for the manager, but instead focus. Focus on making The Lone Wanderers a difficult club to beat and eveidently he will have promotion in his sights.
