Arsenal's pre-season came to a close with a 2-2 away draw against division 1 side Padston Villa. Arsenal fielded some of their youth players to see how they coped with a division 1 team, Brown was impressed with their display with new boy Song grabbing himself a brace and young Mérida put in a good show.
Brown will take a lot of posatives from this game and has high hopes for some of his younger players. Brown will hope to start strong this season and will contiune to rotate his squad to ensure everyone gets enough games under their belt.
The Arsenal boss is dying to get this season underway and wanted to wish everyone good luck in their promotion / relegation battles.
