We managed to catch a quick word with the Rolling Thunder gaffer;
"We were really, really well organised and our concentration at the back was first-class, though our discipline could do with some work...” said Vehusheia.
This was not a case of Thunder exposing small holes in Tottenham’s defence; these were gaping chasms, the like of which ocs18 has seldom witnessed in his time in charge of the club. "The performance was an embarrassment," he said. "We didn't start the game well and we didn't put them under enough pressure. That's not a typical performance from us.
"They are my team and I take full responsibility."
Meanwhile, Heurelho Gomes explains his recent surge of form...
Getting "dragged out" on 14-mile bike rides at eight o'clock in the morning may not have much appeal, but it has revitalised Heurelho Gomes form at Tottenham. The 26-year-old Goalkeeper, who spent much most of last season on the bench, has endured the draconian regime of manager ocs18 to reduce his body fat and improve his fitness.
"The manager is very strict and has different regimes to make sure we keep ourselves right, and it pays off," Gomes said. "He wants us to live right and eat right and do all the things you need to do to be an athlete.
