Rumors are circulating that WBS manager Dinky could be on the verge of a nervous breakdown after an incident in the dressing room after their 2-1 defeat to FC Greatness left a player with a wound to the head, team shirts torn and debris and shattered mirror glass on the dressing room floor.
Players refused to comment after the incident, only Club Captain Bryan Robsom had anything to say "The gaffer feels let down by one or two of the players and feels we should have a look at where we can improve our game"
It was later leaked that the manager had ripped a shirt saying "some of you don't deserve to wear this" he then smashed a mirror with a boot and when questioned by a player about his tactics and why the team reverted to a 3 5 2 formation that they'd not practiced he alledgedly threw the tactics board at the player causing severe bruising to the head.
Dinky appeared for his post match interview stating "FC greatness were lucky today, i had two first choice defenders out and may as well have played buffons in their place, we looked toothless up front which is something that will be addressed in the coming days, we cant continue to miss chance after chance and get away with it. We've lost today to a team that would struggle in division 1, the boys know my thoughts and some harsh words have been said"
Lee Hughes was seen leaving the stadium with a bandaged head.
The chairman was questioned when leaving and said "Dinky's under quite a bit of strain at the moment, this is one of the hardest jobs in football, he has a wedding in a couple of weeks and its taking its toll. It's not helped by players attitudes, we need to pull together and get through this together"
Despite the irratic behaviour of the boss WBS still sit comfortable in 3rd
Next up for WBS are Totalvoetbal surely a home banker!!
