Carbonmonoxide was not expected to sign anymore players this season but two came along that he could turn down, Noel Pierce is a promising 18 year old striker from the youth academy with great heading ability. CM hopes to bring him through the ranks and turn him into a Splott great one day.
Güntekin Can was a bit more of a gamble, CM told splottrovers.com: “We know the guy has talent but he was out of favour with his club and judging by the state of form he arrived in, I can see why. He needs games and he will go straight into side tonight. If we can get him enough match experience hopefully he won’t decline too much, otherwise he could be out the door next season."
Splott have recently got back to winning ways with a hard-fought win against F.C. Greatness. The title is very much and a win against Cardiff tonight will keep us in pole position with just 4 games to go.
