Morley made an early exit from the pre-season cup with an unlucky 2-0 defeat to AC Milan, a very even game saw both teams playing some very catious football, neither side wanting to concede an early goal. Morley were hit by two goals from crosses which the Town defence failed to deal with and though the stats would have suggested a draw it was Milan who progressed to the next round.
Kingsley Jagger has left Morley after only one season with the club, Morley will receive 102 648 econ which has been made available by the Chairman for transfers.
