A mixed week for the Vikings, Tuesday saw an away defeat at Totaalvoetbal as their new signing William Ralph Dean belted in 2 early goals that the Vikings never recovered from.
Friday was a better day as 3 points were secured at home against Kirkbride. Papakostas and Tassiopoulos were on target in a fairly clinical win.
Manager Eaglesrjh said "the away defeat was not unexpected, Totaal are a very good team and it was always going to be tough. hoe form is going to be important this season to stay in the division and it was good to get 3 points from Kirkbride against whom we had struggled recently. I've got to say i'm happy to have played them before their new signing arrived!"
