Record 15 million econ signing for Kirkbride Strollers saw red for his second match in a row after a dangerous tackle on Totaalvoetbal defender Raymond Putnam in injury time. Putnam had to be replaced so perhaps the red card was warranted.
The game it's self was a tight affair with two second half goals from Robinson and Ellison sealing a 2-0 win. This win maintains Kirkbrides 100% home record and pushes them up to 5th in the league. Next up is Santos at the Bush.
Manager jazza1958 said after the match " We played well as a team, restricting Totallvoetbal to a single effort on goal and we took the chances well when they came along. I am starting to lose patience with Andrew Harrison though, and he could well be moved on should he not live up to his hefty price tag. We can't afford passengers in the team!"
