West Brom Strollers may have slipped up, but they still cling onto the heady heights of top spot in the top division in the league. 2 points separate WBS and The Vikings in 6th place, all of the teams inbetween will be fancying their chances for the league title. WBS slipped up and allowed Totaalvoetbal to within 1 point of the top of the league, leaving them sitting in 3rd place in the league. Santos had a weak week, as they relinquished top spot after a 1-0 loss away to The Vikings and a 6-3 defeat away to AFC Stanley. The team will need to recover from this mini-slump as they look to reclaim the top spot of the league. The relegation battle is becoming rather mundane in this division, which looks like a foregone conclusion with Hun Haters being 8 points away from Underdogz United, which even at this early stage of the season is a commanding lead to have over a relegation candidate. Tranmere and Sanity Clause have yet to pick up a point this season and will be hoping all will change over the coming week. Cyrille Regis is still the top performer of the RMI for WBS with a total of 9 points to his name, all of which are goals, which shows his exciting talent, which will no doubt strike fear into the hearts of the teams rivals this season. The league can still provide top class entertainment, hopefully this will rub off onto the team languishing at the very bottom of the division.
