Underdogz United are just about managing to hold their own in the top flight after a draw at Thundera Grounds against defending champions ThunderCats F.C earlier this week before a 2-0 loss away to Manchester United when manager Izuka was preventing from attending the game and instructing his team properly.
"I think we're performing very well, considering we have the weakest team in the league and also the youngest, on average. We've only lost one game so far this season, if you don't count the last game against Manchester United where I was unable to set up the team and attend the match and had to hire Darren Calvert to have someone at least half-decent at the helm for this game. As you can see, he was fair enough to divide his attention equally between the two teams he had to manage in the last round, and as a result of his divided attention and managing skills, both teams lost," said Izuka to reporters in a video conference from his home after the game.
Underdogz United next host Kirkbride Strollers as they attempt to keep themselves in the top flight.
