Mighty Comeback!

Given the current form of the MIghty Mojos and with that in mind you might of thought it was a safe bet that current league leaders going into this game would not find it too differecult to win at home.

New manager Joshy has pumped new life into a struggling side and going into this game gave Youngster Donald Duck his league debut. Before the visiting side could even settle down they found themselves a goal down thanks to a corner cross from Warren Wish to allow Dudley Dream to open the scoring just after 4 minuets. Dream team were on top in the first half and they controlled the match and were rewarded as in the 35th minuet they doubled their lead. Thanks to a fast breakaway goal Kris Krafty set up Adam Aspire to make it 2-0 going into the half time break. Most onlookers must of feared for Mighty Mojos as they were 2-0 down at half time and away to the league leaders. But Joshy must of said some magical words at half time for his side came out fighting. After the 53rd minuet Mighty Mojos found a way back into the match when Ferdinand Quinn set up Michel Montolio with a stunning long range effort which silenced the home supporters but it was nothing more then the visitors deserved. Despite a handful of chances to re-take controll of the match Dream Team were unable to stop the comeback and in the 70th from a corner Alf Gall set up Michel Montolio as he helped himself to his second goal and equalizing the match at 2-2. The away supporters were in full song and all 11 players of Mighty Mojos celebrated the equalizer. In the closing stages of the match both teams had chances to win the match Dream team hitting the wood work on several chances. Late into the match Lenny Puttock was sent off after earning his second yellow card of the match. For the second game running The Mighty Mojos have been reduced to 10 men. But at full time i don't think JOshy cared too much for his side had done the unthinkable and salvaged a draw it finished all sqaure at 2-2. Later after the match Joshy had this to say...

" Going in at half time things looked grim for us but i told all 11 lads to go out there and to show them what we were made of. It seemed to do the trick because at times in the second half they could not handle us we rode our luck at times but i feel the lads earned the draw. Not many teams would of gotten anything out of that match but it just shows you what we can do. "
