Interview with Bossebong

Q: You are one of the mystery teams in RmI. You are also responsible for continuously writing quite depressing press releases in which we all get to follow your constant fight to get a decent team. My first question to you is quite naturally – how are you? You feeling ok?
A: Do I feel ok ? ... Hard to say, I am reaching 40 years old soon and it must be some kind of "middleage crisis" :)

Q: Would you care to explain the three Dead players in your team? A ventured guess would lead to the conclusion that these are players that you at an early point decided were unfit to wear the Kroklund shirt, but Dead One has played every single match so far and Dead Two has been a great force forward, even earning a place in the X11 at one time.
A: My "dead" guys are in fact a great mystery... As they are old (29-33) and actually really bad, skilled 4-5. I tried to sell them early LAST season but they decided to stay at the club. Just not to form train them by mistake I renamed them "dead 1-2-3 this season... At the moment two of them has an average form of 17 and 18 and the third had an average form of 15 before he was injured. That's a lot better then all my other (younger) players :( And if you consider that I haven't trained any of them for almost one and a half season is fu--ing unbelievable.

Q: How do you feel about division 2 at the moment, there are 10 points separating the number 1 and the number 12 spot and you yourself are only 3 points away from leading the division. It feels as if anyone can risk relegation or win a promotion at this point in the season.
A: Actually I don't really care about winning or losing games at the moment... The most interesting about x11 at the moment are the season updates (of course) and the scribble + forum part... I been a member of x11 for almost 5 years now and I haven't won a single title (league or cup) even though I have had 4 or 5 teams most of the time... That must qualify me for some kind of record (?).

Q: Finally, do you feel you will be able to concentrate on both the RM Invitational and the International Island Games? :)
A: Since I'm not interested in any other sport than football, some strange "small island" games won't matter... The only thing that could take my concentration away from x11 is if Finland and Sweden would clash in the hockey WC... I have never seen a live hockey game in my life and I think that it's rather boring to watch at TV. But an icehockey game between Finland and Sweden is something totally different, but I don't think most managers in this league could understand... A Rangers-Celtic football game is just a walk in the park compered to a Finland-Sweden hockey game ;)

* Interviewers note; The International Island Games Association (IGA) is an organisation the sole purpose of which is to organise the Island Games, a friendly biennial athletic competition between teams from several islands and other small territories. The 12-14 events include Archery, Badminton, Football,Sailing and Table Tennis. The island of Ă…land have the honor of arranging the competition this year, as they did in 1991.
