A well organised Area team proved to be more than a match for Wienersnitzel's boys at Mosquito Alley.
Despite conceding an early goal to a Brad Kavanaugh strike the boys remained composed and compact waiting on their chance to come.
And when the chance came their way Maradona was on hand to thump the ball home from just inside the area.
Area manager Carfin was clearly pleased with the efforts of his team and felt his boys fully deserved their point. "Diego has been working tirelessly for the team and his goal was a long time coming but I never doubted that it would. Diego has an absolutely outstanding career ahead of him and will prove to be a vital player for us."
