Despite getting off to the worst possible start by losing a third minute strike to Alsancak, Carfin's boys didn't let their heads drop and proceeded to play some fantastic football as the struck back four times without reply.
The margin of victory was perhaps a touch hard on the away team but make no mistake - Grey Area prepared well for this encounter and deserved to take all three points.
Goals from Skiverton, Bound, Stride and a man of the match performance from Garth Rossall had the home support swinging from the rafters.
Manager of the round Carfin said "Slowly but surely the boys are getting used to one another. Although today was a fine performance, I believe the lads have a lot more to offer. We'll have to improve again if we are to thwart Alsancak's revenge mission next time out."
