Why God, why?

Arsenal were left feeling that the gods were against them today after they were beaten 3-1 by Pahang Utd.

It was going to plan as Arsenal went 1-0 up but things soon turned for the worst when their lone striker Asprilla was shown a straight red leaving Arsenal with no real attacking power. To add insult to injury they then lost star keeper Almunia through injury, the two losses proved too much as the home team then knocked 3 goals past them in around 6 minutes.

Brown is left wondering if his back up keeper can hack it in this league.

"It was a very strange day, its put us back as its allowed other teams to close the gap. We had 2 massive losses and it cost us the match, go to give credit to Pahang as they kept at us, worked hard and got the 3 points"

"This will make the next match against them even harder, form was badly hit and we have players out. But, these are the things we face in football, we will just do our best with what we have"
