Bristol City have maintained their fine start to the season with a win at home against Bully Boys FC. In a game that was a one sided affair with the Bully Boys have 6 chances at goal conpared to the City's 2, manager Stevenson was pleased with the way that his team played and soaked up the early pressure until wonder signing Kelvin Farmer score just before half time.
'I am very pleased with the new boy Farmer. He can tell the difference between a barn door and a goal for sure. He was just a bit unlucky to get a late injury but it was not a surprise because those Bully Boys were being rough all over the pitch.'
It was rumoured after the match that opposition manager Cathalio11 was linched by his owner players for being a tight ass with the match bonuses. It was understood that the manager decided to spend the money on his life long search for a four leaf clover. He was last seen running from the Ashton Gate pitch shouting 'no you can't stick that Blarney stone in there'.
