A solid week saw Totaalvoetbal pick up four points and move to the top of an extremely tight RM Invitational top division.
Totaal faced a tough trip to ThunderCats to start the week and things became tougher still when Tommaso Miceli headed the home side into a lead before the break. However, Totaal would improve as the game went on and William Ralph Dean showed a clinical streak to level late in the game. The Dutch side would hold onto their point despite seeing Raymond Putnam sent off with just minutes remaining.
Totaal followed this up with a strong 3-0 home victory over old friends AFC Stanley. The home side never looked in trouble from the moment Antonello Ballarin slotted home a penalty on 15 minutes. An injury to Ramiro Verona briefly threatened to slow them down but a further goal from Ballarin and a first for the club from Zwonko Fuckala sealed the win.
However, with just six points separating top from bottom it remains to be seen whether Totaal are title contenders or relegation fodder.
