Oh Kilie, Where Art Thou

Kilington Underscore Gerssteinmetsson the 31st, 7th in line to the Armitige Shanks throne, or simply kilie_gers to those who knew him best, passed peacefully from the hallowed halls of the RMI in the late hours of this morning.

An early pioneer of X11 investigative journalism Kilington forged a moderately successful career as a manager at Kilingworth Rangers, Kilie Gentlemen, Pink Bus Riders, The Red Devils F.C and Lords of the Dance.

Perhaps most famous for overcoming a childhood counting disability Kilington was a strong advocate of the 4-4-442 formation. A formation famously used only once in the storied history of football at a testimonial match for Basque legend Joseba Etxeberria as an Athletic Bilbao XI took on hundreds of local school children.

Inevitably though Gerssteinmetsson will be remembered for his series of 'investigative journalism' articles exposing the raw sores hidden beneath the flabby fleshy folds of the RMI's cheeky chubby exterior. Despite being criticised in some quarters for his 'one joke' approach Gerssteinmetsson persevered like a modern day Joan of Arc. A perseverence widely recognised by his compatriots as Gerssteinmetsson swept the boards at the end of season journalism awards by winning the best Press Release in the toilet humour section. Generous to a fault Gerssteinmetsson refused to accept the handsome 3 month VIP prize as he accepted his award and donated the prize back to be given out the next year.

As finally Kilington Underscore Gerssteinmetsson leaves the RMI as he arrived, in a tarty nurses outfit and 9 inch white stilettos, grabbing Doris the cleaner to teach her just how Kilington reaches the places other managers just cannot reach

He is survived by his identical twin sister Kelie_gers, two younger sisters, Calie_gers and Kylie_gers and his dog, Collie_gers.
