Even on the back of a 4-0 win over the champs many wouldnt have predicted McCanns team to have gone to wiltshire warriors home patch and won. In a post match interview McCann appeared to be very pleased with how the game panned out" i am very pleased with my boys today wiltshire are one of the top sides in the league and we not only matched them but dominated all over the park,especially in the first 45minutes of the game, it was a blow to lose iniesta but thankfully he is only on the sidelines for 6 days"
McCann also stated " I do not beleive the warriors are out of the promotion hunt although i do feel losing at home may have caused considerable damage to their cause"
It seems McCann has his sights set on finishing as high as possible with the season coming to a close, and maybe this wasnt a shock result maybe this was just a sign of things to come.
