Stanley produced a stunning 3-0 away victory at Tranmere Rovers on Friday on the back of 6-1 home win against mangerless AC Milan ending a superb week for the team.
In there last 4 matches Stanley have scored 17 goals conceeding only 1.
Following the win at Tranmere manager Markham said " This was the best performance of the season in my eye , they beat us 4-1 at our place earlier in the season and have always been hard to beat but this win was stunning , Dijedon Betimaj was supeb in midfield and has probably been the buy of the season for me"
When asked about still being in with a chance for the title Markham said " We have left it a bit to late although we will have a say on who wins it , Hun Haters next will be tough as they are at the wrong end of the table , i cant fault the team this season they have been brilliant "
