Yorkshire Amateurs finally relinquished any chance of hanging onto their top flight status earlier this week. A 0-0 draw against FC Greatness means the Amateurs long and proud run in the top flight comes to an end.
Manager Danlufc13 has been at a loss to explain his sides horrible form but the table does not lie and he now has a tough job to ensure they bounce straight back next term.Rumours abound that assistant manager F Useless has been sacked after apparently not managing the side as he should have been, in manager Danlufc13’s absence for a couple of weeks in August.
This can’t hide the painful truth that they were just not good enough to drink at the top table this year and they have been deservedly relegated.Manager Danlufc13 said, “The squad needs some drastic reshaping and this may take time and money, I hope the Chairman can find us something to spend I really do”.
