Dream Team recieved a 2-1 away loss today. This match has proven pivotal to the team's future, as hopes of winning the league has turned into a nightmare of not even qualifying in the top three spots.
MrJames issued this official statement: "This decision will not be enjoyable reading for the devoted fans of Dream Team, but I have decided not to go to division two this season. Following a disheartening loss to Wiltshire Warriors, I have decided that the best interest for the team would be to stand down, and use the next season to build a stronger team."
When asked about the "promise" last season that he would be in division 1 in two seasons, he had this to say: "I do not intend to do this now. What I do intend to do is to win division three next season, and then go on to come 1st 2nd or 3rd in division two."
This is big talk from MrJames, but can he do it?
