Ok, I am really struggling with this development value in this league!!! Is anyone else sturggling as well. In other leagues, I have found the development value ot be very useful, but here, I just cant seem to get enough games. I have 20 year olds playing 15 odd games and yet have DV less than their average form. Are my old palyers that crap, and the teams I am playing against less skille,d I don't think so. So I do not expect a good change report at teh end of the season, sadly. Maybe it will have to be smaller squads here from now on.
