Change report less than expected

Manager bemoans the development values.

With many of his players hovering around the 14 mark for development it was a roulette as to which players would increase in skill, and which others would have to wait another season before seeing any benefits of the training programme designed by the manager.

After spending millions of Econ on training and constantly trying to keep all his fringe players happy and youth talents involved the manager was not surprised at the less than average change report.

"It was always going to be a bit of a test this season. The new development value was difficult to manage, especially with so many young players that needed game time. We had to think about survival in this division along with the long term plans to develop this unimpressive side."
