Everything is going according to the script... that was FMRealism's view, he said of this weeks events. Knowing they could not beat Charming with a much weaker side away at first looked awful according to Gooners boss... we then looked at Greatness fixture and decided there was a big possibility they may not win that game, Kensington have been the stand out team in the second half of the season and are on title winning form, they will certainly be a force next season.
We fielded a team which included Busquets, Akinfeev and Overmars.. they are wild cards, in reality they expected to lose but in all honesty with those guys anything could have happened. FMR knew the midfield wasnt going to force the issue so Gooners attempted to play on the counter and soak up the pressure. Obviously it all went pear shaped but the important thing was Greatness also collected no points and Gooners young players got another game under their belts!
After this game Gooners were now feeling threatened by Charming aswell and we needed to go and win the next game, and the two players who they needed most, returned for the game they needed to win the most up to this point. Borja and Henry are very key and the difference is blatent when they are on the field. Kensington was always going to be a difficult game to win.. and all they could hope for is that other teams had left their DV games late in the season, and it would seem luck would be on their side yet again! Kensington fielded a much weaker side and Gooners didnt need asking twice to make the most of the opportunity on offer, Greatness meanwhile had a freak result at Rovers and both Gooners goal advantage and three point lead was restored.
It does not end there though, if any Gooners fan was to write a script where they had a glory season and taking the title... we are sure it would include a blockbuster do or die fixture against old rivals Bully Boys. So with everyone returning to fitness and in apparently very good form.. it could only be a home fixture to Bullies next... with everyone fit and Gooners record against Bullies under FMR there can be no excuses! Should Gooners win against their old rivals it would mean just one more win needed to secure the title FMR always said was first on his list of things to do. Both AJ Rovers and West Brom are difficult games but with so much at stake and with confidence gained from another winning run you have to fancy them.. should they overcome the next game.
FMRealism himself refuses to talk of such out comes yet and knows Cath will do everything in his power to stop Gooners in their tracks... FMRealism is happy to have secured a promotion place to top flight football and stated he is more concerned currently with his players that were injured and making sure they come through the change report without losing skill. That is the real pressure according to FMRealism... making sure Gooners are able to compete next season, he went on to say " of course we would like the trophy aswell but we are not expected to win it and have already achieved our goal.... lets just enjoy the moment and play without expectations".
