RMI league assistant Izuka earlier today paid a visit to the Flare United training ground to interview himself for advice for his fellow managers. Here's what the young Malaysian manager managed to convey to the young Malaysian reporter for his article without a single word said during the whole interview:
"If I were you, I would form train my players tomorrow to prepare them for the final game of the season and give them a slight average form and development value boost if they need it. That would be my final actual form training for the season, perfectly timed to start my pre-season plans. I would then save my econs and make sure the players I plan to keep next season are free on the 22nd of this month for form training, just so I can get my form training done on the day right after the change report, righting most negative form tendencies from the change report as fast as possible and getting a quick start to preparations for the next season.
Of course, that's just if I were you, though, but I'm not, so it's up to you, really."
