Blakey0500 led his team to an eye-catching victory over the previously in-form Belly Tubbies. On the back of four straight victories Tubbies went into the game high on confidence with Carthage the opposite after a run of defeats. It didn't take long for the roles to reverse, though, as Ad Herbal headed in for the visitors after 20 minutes. A five-minute spell just after the half-hour mark really settled the contest. Hannibal Barca firing in from a corner to put Carthage 2-0 up and Belly Tubbies in need of inspiration. The two men controlling the game for the visitors were Alastair Higson and Quincy Lansbury. Lansbury tormenting the Tubbies at every opportunity and Higson finishing with the coolness he is known for. Higson duly converted the third after being set through by Lansbury and when Marcus Spillane scored the fourth after 37 minutes the game was up. Belly Tubbies kept going in the second-half but a late double by Higson completed his hat-trick and a miserable afternoon for the hosts who fell out of the promotion places.
Taking their place were The Fracture gang after a 2-0 victory over Charlottenburg FC. The busiest man on the field during a fractious first-half was the rather not so Irre Levant. He took centre stage again at the start of the second-half when he sent off Darren Anderton for an unspeakable act which results in the midfield man being banned for four games. The Fracture gang then pressed the away side back and created a number of chances. They had to wait until the 84th minute to open their account, however, with Stephen Lorimer netting in his first start of the season. Yoshitaka Karahira headed home just before time to complete the win which sees Charlottenburg adrift in fifth. Potsdamerplatz was in philosophical mood after the game, "Promotion hopes are now officially gone but hey, as I said at the start of the season, it was never a realistic goal."
Remaining top of the pile are White Hawk FC after another victory in their relentless campaign. Morley Town were the unfortunate victims as they more than matched their more illustrious visitors for large periods. Indeed, had Morley scored the goals their play merited in the first-half they could have been two or three up. As it was White Hawk grew stronger as the game went on and got the winner from captain Ryan Dharmsingh who headed home after 67 minutes. Leeg21 was left feeling deflated by his latest loss, "Our luck this season has completely deserted us..........we can't even buy a win, our luck has to change soon."
Southampton continue to chase White Hawk hard after another comprehensive victory. The Posh were the visitors to St Marys and endured a miserable afternoon where they failed to create a single chance. Tor Bergstrand setting the hosts on the way with an early strike. Further goals from Joc Cvetkovic and Aaron Winder completed the 3-0 win as The Saints continue to amaze manager Hardinho, "This season is turning out to be miles above our first intentions and I just hope that we can continue it through to the end of the season and complete promotion."
Colburn Town suffered another defeat as their manager remains awol. This time wortley afc were the ones to benefit as Jake Shiver put them ahead after only a minute. Shiver was to complete a hat-trick as he was given the freedom of Colburn to do as he pleased during a comfortable afternoon for the visitors.
