The Strollers needed a 94th minute free kick to see off defending RM Invitational champions off at The Bush. Stephen Robinson stepped up and rifled the ball home to send the home fans wild and manager Jazza1958 to the pub happy.
Earlier in the game El Lapinhios' strike had been cancelled out by a highly dubious penalty. The game however was marred by an injury to the highly influential Nélson Queimado of The ThunderCats and all at Kirkbride wish him a speedy recovery.
Manager Jazza1958 said " These were a priceless 3 points as we need to win our home games to have any chance of staying in this division. Our win takes us out of the bottom 3 but we now have another 2 games on the road so we need to work hard to see if we can get an unbeaten run together, the fixture list has been particularly hard on us with 4 of our first 5 matches away from home"
"Now is the time for celebration though so it's beer O'Clock for me"
