Santos FC got off on the right foot with a new campaign in the Invitational, picking up a win against Hun Haters. Three players picked up multi point nights, and Santos converting 4 of their 7 chances.
‘Great start out of the gates’ said Sean7. ‘It’s only one game, and there will be plenty more tough games to come, but I feel we’re ready for the challenge. Our midfield ran the park, and I’m surprised by Sarapaa’s readiness to slot right into the starting eleven.’
‘Yellow Submarine’ will next face Transmere in an away match, and will hope to keep the momentum going.
