Towns relegation was confirmed yesterday as they went down to a 3-1 defeat against Title Challenging Kensington Boys Club, speaking after the match Leeg21 wasn't too down hearted at the prospect of playing in Division 3 next season.
"We were lucky last season that we were given a chance to play in Division 2 due to the leagues expansion from 40 to 48 teams, we had a mixed debut season in Division 3, we really struggled early on but once we had got to grips with the competition and built up good understanding between the players we improved massively".
Leeg21 also added "This season in Division 2 has given the team some invaluable experience which will stand us in good stead for next season, with the Division being so tight we have also been able to keep our form high and can expect a good change report despite relegation".
